Taylor Swift, a sweet meal for young Swift and Travis Kells at Children's Hospital.

Taylor Swift, always one to give back to her fans, headed to Children's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, to spread some Christmas cheer after wrapping up her Eras tour over the weekend.

According to one fan's grandmother, who posted photos of Swift's visit on Facebook, her boyfriend Travis Kelsey was also in attendance but separated from her children during their visit to Children's Mercy Kansas City. Travis Kelce, a player for the Kansas City Chiefs, appeared in conversation with Swift's children, even though he was not in the room during Swift's visit.

In a video shared on Instagram, a patient told Swift, “I like Travis,” to which the “Shake It Off” singer replied, “Yeah! Me too,” he exclaimed. Me too!” she exclaimed.

Dressed in a tartan Miu Miu skirt and matching shirt, Swift signed Eras Tour books for fans as a therapy dog lay nearby. 'Is he your favorite player? she asked, to which Swift replied, “Yeah, either him or Patrick (Mahomes).” The “Cruel Summer” singer clearly approved, telling the fan, “You're the best! You're the best!”

Also in X's post, Swift smiled happily as she took a picture with a “go taylor's boyfriend” towel and a young fan. Her visit brought a lot of joy to the patients and their families, and young Swiffey's grandmother, Anita Belt, expressed her gratitude (and a photo with Taylor) on Facebook.

“Taylor Swift, thank you for bringing joy to Riley today!” Belt wrote. 'Travis Kelce was in the building as well, but didn't stop by the room. Great way to bring smiles and make memories! ❤️.

Jellybean, a golden retriever who is a service dog, also joined Swift on social media. “QUEEN JELLY 🤝🏼 QUEEN TAYLOR,” Tails of KC Facility Dogs posted on its Instagram account, along with two photos of the pop star petting Jellybean.

“This is pawesome, just like Jerry's jelly!” one follower commented on the post, while another added, “We approve of all therapy dogs and Tay Tay! Great philanthropist and giver!”

Swift will celebrate her 35th birthday on Friday, December 13, and Travis Kells' father, Ed Kells, said on the Baskin and Phelps podcast on December 12 that his son's girlfriend was strict about gifts. He said, “Buying Taylor a gift is like trying to buy Jason or Travis a gift. There's nothing they want that they don't already have.”

“You have to dig in and come up with something special. The amount is meaningless; you can't crush Taylor Swift with a gift that costs $100,000.”

Somehow, it seems like making children smile was the best birthday present Taylor could have gotten.
