My Mental Health" by Christy Turlington

She is the original supermodel, activist, founder of the maternal health advocacy organization Every Mother Counts, and timeless frontwoman of Calvin Klein Eternity (opens in new tab), the timeless frontwoman of Oh Fresh! At 51, she is the picture of peace of mind. In her own words

1. social media has a neutral impact on my well-being. 2. my mental health day is a day when I am completely detached from technology.

3. unwind with activities like cooking, running, reading, etc.

4. my happy place is when I am with my family or somewhere I have never been.

5. a not-so-good coping mechanism I've had to abandon is smoking. i was a smoker until my mid-20s. i've been a smoker since I was a teenager.
