Kate Middleton May 'Reach Out' to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at Christmas, Former Royal Butler Says

Earlier reports said that Prince Charles would not be inviting Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to Sandringham for Christmas. However, a former royal butler believes that Princess Kate may offer the Sussex family a festive olive branch during the holiday season.

In a new interview with GB News, former royal butler Grant Harold suggested that Kate Middleton could be the person to help with the family reunion. Harold told the outlet, “I think Lady Catherine will reach out to Harry and Meghan and wish them a Happy Christmas, and I think Harry and Meghan themselves could reach out as well.” 'Christmas is about doing favors for others, letting bygones be bygones, forgetting the past, and moving into the New Year. [So if there is a time of year when families communicate and keep in touch, it is Christmas.

The former royal butler also suggested that modern technology will make it easier than ever for the royal family to reconnect. Harold told GB News, “Whether it's text calls or FaceTime, I like to think it's FaceTime, but that's something we'll never know.”

Meanwhile, Harry and Meghan are not the only family to miss Christmas at Sandringham. Sisters Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice will be spending Christmas with their respective in-laws. Their parents, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, are also reportedly planning to spend a quiet Christmas at home, avoiding official royal family events.

Princess Kate recently held her annual Christmas carol concert, which was attended by several members of the royal family. However, according to the Daily Mail, Princess Kate allegedly refused to invite Prince Andrew to the event, even though he attended modestly. 'William and Kate don't share the same love. One double agent whispers that for the second year in a row, Kate's proposal to invite Prince Andrew to her annual carol service, presumably to sit behind a pillar, was rejected.”
