Awards season is here, and what better way to blow away the January blues than with some red carpet glamour.

On Thursday, January 4, celebrities attended the Palm Springs Film Festival in the California desert. While many gorgeous beauty details were played out during the event, one that especially caught our eye was a hairstyle that we wish we could recreate at home. The hairstyles are at ...... It was a sleek yet voluminous ponytail that the beautiful Eva Longoria rocked from side to side in a series of step-and-repeats.

Longoria's perfect pony was created by celebrity hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos, who used SWAY hair extensions to add length Before the FLAMIN' HOT director put on the dress, Giannetos took several photos of his work shots and posted them on Instagram with the caption, "The best way to start 2024 w the most beautiful inside and out."

Clearly, Giannetos had ponytails on the brain. Earlier in the day, he had posted an old TikTok tutorial, giving tips on how to create a voluminous updo by simply tying your hair up. The trick is to" brush your hair upward before grabbing the tie. Twist the ponytail with the tie three times to secure it, then pause.

"Before the fourth time, part the ponytail in half and secure it there," Jannetos shared in a quick but very helpful clip. 'Voila! Extra voluptuous and extra sexy."

Fortunately, he also shared a video of Longoria before the event, showing the 'do's full body that night. (And her sexy make-up, done by Elan Bongiorno with a full face of L'Oreal products.)

"Oh, I've got to go," the CEO of Unbelievably Entertainment says in the clip, and rushes off to put on a stringy cream lace gown from Asi Studios' FW23 couture collection (which she will be).
