Bachelor Spoilers On last night's episode of The Bachelor (open in new tab), a blurry-faced woman screamed at Peter Weber as he was returning from a date with contestant Victoria Fuller (open in new tab). He turned around and noticed his ex-girlfriend, and then she rocked his world by spilling some really wild rumors about Fuller. Devastated, Weber left to talk to Fuller, and viewers looked at each other in unison. Melissa Pence, a Virginia Beach resident who met Fuller through a mutual friend, appeared on the show to warn Weber about Fuller's pre-show behavior and let him know he should be careful. The following is what we know about Pence's relationship with Weber and what happened after Fuller and Pence met again after the show (opens in new tab).

Pence, a marketing coordinator, kickboxing instructor, and former Miss Teen Virginia, met Weber when they were both living in Los Angeles; the two dated for six months (opens in new tab) and parted on good terms; Pence was a member of the Weber family for two years, and Weber was a member of the Weber family for two years. As we learned in last night's episode (though we didn't see her face), the two hadn't been in touch for a while, but shared a few old memories. Pence eventually moved from California to Virginia.

Pence says (open in new tab) Fuller actually threatened her when they first spoke. Our first meeting was when she said she was going to slash my tires because I was dating one of her ex-boyfriends," she told Us Weekly (WOW). According to her, the two ran in the same circles but were not friends, and Pence had heard that Fuller had caused several breakups in her hometown and acted possessive toward the guys she liked. When she came on the show, "she became very self-centered, and we all went out for a friend's birthday, and she was acting crazy. She said, 'Do you know who I am?

Fuller did not comment on Pence's claims, except to write on Instagram when the show began airing that she would choose to defend herself if the time and place were right.

During the filming of the show, Pence contacted the producers to speak with Weber, but was initially turned down. She then asked if she could come to the event and they said yes. She grabbed Weber spontaneously on his way home from a date. 'He was definitely upset. We all could tell the mood had changed," she said, "but Weber said he trusted her. In other words, it was not planned.

As a result of her remarks, Pence was criticized by friends and others in the area, but she said there were positive comments:

"I was in a bar in Virginia Beach and one of the other wives actually confronted me. She said, 'Thank you so much. You took on a huge burden that a lot of us couldn't take on for other reasons,'" Melissa said. It was crazy for sure. I definitely lost friends because everyone jumped on the fame train. They'll figure it out anyway."

Pence also said he reached out to Weber but has yet to hear back. Fuller has not commented (yet) on last night's episode, other than to say that the rumors about him are false and that he will defend himself when he is ready.

However, Fuller and Pence did meet in a bar in Virginia Beach in December, and if Pence is to be believed, Fuller yelled at her across the bar, "You're a loser. Amazing.
