It looks like a big relationship step is just around the corner for Tom Holland and Zendaya.

In a recent interview on the “Dish” podcast, the actor opened up about his holiday plans for this year and his long-term plans with Zendaya.

“I'm going to be in America this year,” he said of his plans for the 2024 holiday season.

The aforementioned “big step in our relationship” came from what Holland said about his and Zendaya's plans for the 2025 holiday season. For many couples, having the family together for the holidays is an important step, but according to the Spider-Man actor, he and Zendaya do not need another year to prepare for it.

“I think what we want to start doing is bringing our families together every year, rather than spending time with each of them,” Holland said. 'That's what we want to do next time. We're both actors this time around, so we're not very good at putting things together, and it hasn't happened yet.”

Holland also revealed in a podcast interview that he has recently embraced his domestic side while spending time together in Massachusetts, where Zendaya is currently filming “The Drama” with Robert Pattinson, according to E! Online.

“I'm starting to try vegetarian cooking,” he said. My girlfriend is a vegetarian. I've been in Boston for the last few weeks, and she's working, so I've been cooking dinner a lot.

As is his wont to lavish praise on his longtime girlfriend, Holland praised Zendaya's culinary skills when the subject of cooking came up.

“I actually love Zendaya's spicy vodka fuzzilli singramajilli,” he said of his personal favorite dish. And it's delicious.”

In the same interview, Holland joked that if he and Zendaya are co-stars, “I love the studio. It's a lifesaver. Yeah, it's the best thing that ever happened to me.”

Holland has never been shy about praising Zendaya in public, but the actor has revealed that on a more serious note, he actually keeps the relationship strictly confidential.

“Our relationship is something I'm incredibly protective of, and I want to keep it as sacred as possible,” he told The Hollywood Reporter in 2023.
