Jennifer Lopez may move into $55 million mansion in divorce from Ben Affleck

Princess Diana had her revenge dress, and Jennifer Lopez may also be getting her revenge home.

The pop star, who filed for divorce from husband Ben Affleck in August, is said to be in negotiations for her dream home, and it is certainly a whopper of a piece of real estate.

According to TMZ, Lopez, 55, has his sights set on the former home of the late Max Azria, founder of BCBG, whose historic Los Angeles property is listed on Zillow.

Called the Azria Estate, the stunning 30,000-square-foot mansion is currently listed for sale for $55 million.

According to TMZ, the actress is “trying to negotiate a price somewhere in the $30 million to $39 million range” but is “close to a deal.”

The estate, which features a “long gated driveway” for “security and peace of mind,” according to Zillow's listing, was built in 1939 by famed architect Paul Williams, who designed homes for stars like Frank Sinatra.

With 14 bedrooms and 25 (!) bathrooms, the house gives J.Lo plenty of space for friends and family, plus an infinity pool, sauna, tennis courts, and greenhouse.

And speaking of extra space, the mansion doesn't just have an old shed, but a 5,500 square foot annex with an office, theater, and game room.

Lopez will also be surrounded by famous neighbors like Tom Ford and Sean “Diddy” Combs.

This is not the first time the Marry Me star has set foot on the Azria estate; she toured the property with Affleck in 2023 and also filmed on the property for the film Atlas.

Unfortunately, there is a breach of contract dispute between Lubov Azria, Max Azria's widow, and investor Ron Burkle, who won the bid for $30 million in the spring.

Sources told TMZ that despite the lawsuit, Lopez “started showing interest in the house again in August” and “toured it several times.”

As for Lopez and Affleck's own mansion, the property is also listed on Zillow, where the 12-bedroom, 24-bath home is listed for $68 million.

Whether the singer will make a deal on the Azria estate remains to be seen, but imagine the housewarming party.
