All the motivation needed to hit the gym this summer, immersed in the athletic shorts trend, came from Kendall Jenner's latest Instagram "fit check."

Days after jetting off to the Hamptons in 2024's biggest trend, sneakers and tiny shorts, Jenner was back home in Los Angeles getting her activewear fix with a chili pepper red set from Alo Yoga. The model's mirror selfie showed only a scoop neck, cutout bra, coordinating shorts, and a hint of butter yellow nail polish.

AroYoga is to Jenner's workout regimen what The Row's runway is to Jenner's everyday wear. Jenner has worn the brand dozens of times, not just on this weekend's chili pepper red set. Every time she wears Airsoft leggings in her Pilates lineup, the brand gets votes as Jenner's favorite. She's not alone: fellow It-girls Hailey Bieber, Lori Harvey, Gigi Hadid, and Kaia Gerber all wear the brand and have designated it their favorite sneaker and legging destination for celebrities.

Usually, Jenner sticks to an all-black matching set, or at least black leggings. Sometimes, however, she incorporates controversial items into her activewear lineup. This spring, she brought the capri pants trend to the gym by pairing her heather gray matching set with ballet flats. Runways from Ferragamo to Tory Burch had been styling knee-length leggings before Jenner wore them, but suddenly she had a real-world application for the look.
