Kravitz wore a long, oversized black coat under a sheer black tube dress for the evening's cabaret performance. Underneath the mesh, she wore transparent black tights and matching high-waisted briefs. The actress looked almost effortless in a skimpy black leather belt and peep-toe patent leather heels.

Her outfit begs the question: while Haley Bieber and Rihanna spent the weekend in exaggerated layered styles, Kravitz kept it more minimal. Her only jewelry was a pair of tiny diamond drop earrings and a 7-carat engagement ring.

The look is in keeping with Kravitz's signature style: sexy yet sophisticated, classic yet adventurous. Last month, her longtime stylist Andrew Mukamal mixed a sleek pencil skirt and pumps silhouette with a strapless electric blue Saint Laurent swimsuit.

Last night's look was a return to her comfortable color palette, all black and familiar textures. Kravitz is no stranger to transparency. Also last month, Mukamal dressed Kravitz in a black see-through gown at Saint Laurent's pre-Oscar party.
