Incredibly* special, super-sized, glittery, designer-inspired stiletto nails stole the show. They were made with an abundance of diamonds and crystals. On the red carpet, manicures were more or less works of art. Thankfully, cameras captured these screenshot-worthy nail looks from every angle. Superstars like Rizzo, Rosalia, and Billy Eilish showed off their enviable manicures.

Celebrity manicurist Eri Ishizu is the master of Rizzo's crystallized nails. Upon closer inspection, her swirly glitter design is a Grammy nominee with eight (!!!) Eilish was Gucci to her nails. The 18-year-old singer went with a black and green theme from her hair to her super-long nails. Manicurist Emi Kudo was behind this hand-painted Gucci design.
