And Bieber appears to be doing just that. Her sartorial conscious mix of high and low items has us all looking on with envy. Bieber took full advantage of this sentiment yesterday, strolling characteristically through L.A., this time wearing an outfit that got a literal and figurative green light. She wore a long, kelly green vegan leather coat. It featured prominent pockets, a ribbon-like belt, and a psychedelic print lining.
