Fans want to know who the dashing “Clark Kent” Royal is who sat behind Princess Kate at the carol concert.

Royal watchers couldn't get enough of the sweet photos from Princess Kate's annual Together at Christmas carol concert on Friday, December 6. Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, along with many other members of the royal family (and the Middletons), had the rare experience of joining their parents in public for this festive event. However, there was one guest in particular who was the talk of the town.

Even I did a double-take when I noticed the guest sitting behind Prince Louis, next to Princess Anne's daughter, Zara Tindall (who, incidentally, was dressed in purple velvet). Wearing a dark coat, a colorful scarf, and glasses, he certainly had a Clark Kent vibe.

“Who is this handsome man sitting behind the Welsh family😍😍,” one X-user posted, adding, “He looks tall and delicious.” Another added, “I don't know but ...... Ding dong😍,” another commented.

“Clark Kent!” wrote another fan, and many wrote that they thought the guest gave off the same vibe. Others wondered if he might be the new royal guard or squire, but the answer was that he was actually married to a member of the royal family.

The mysterious carol attendee is George Gilman, married to Lady Rose Windsor, daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester. For those who need a royal family tree, Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester is a cousin of Elizabeth II and grandson of Elizabeth's grandparents, King George V and Queen Mary.

Gilman actually attended last year's Together at Christmas concert, sitting in the row behind the Welsh family; 44-year-old Lady Rose was absent from this year's service, but “Clark Kent” attended with his 14-year-old daughter Lila.

The Gilmans, who are also the parents of 12-year-old son Rufus, have attended major royal events over the years, including Queen Elizabeth's funeral and King Charles' coronation, but generally keep a low profile.

George has no royal title and works in real estate, serving as director of asset management for Resolution Properties; they were married in the Queen's Chapel at St. James's Palace in 2008, with Kate Middleton, who attended the wedding alone This was three years before she married Prince William.

He now seems to be a regular at the Together at Christmas concert, but royal fans don't seem to mind this development at all.
