Meghan Markle's Makeup Artist Finally Reveals the Secret to Her Glowing Shoulders: Liquid Highlight Drops

I have always admired Meghan Markle's glowing shoulders. For years I have tried to crack her body care code. A major breakthrough came when Markle's Montecito neighbor Oprah Winfrey revealed that the Duchess of Sussex had once given her the Tatcha cypress body care trio.

Indeed, it is clear that Markle takes a layered approach to moisturizing, starting with a moisturizing face wash and finishing with a body milk and body oil. Haley Bieber's Rode Skincare lineup follows a similar logic, priming the face with an emulsion, followed by a one-two punch of serum and cream to lock in moisture. Still, I couldn't shake off the nagging feeling that something was missing in the final step that would unleash the high-wattage radiance of Markle's collarbones.

Luckily, Markle's makeup artist, Daniel Martin, recently glammed up the founder of the American Riviera Orchard for the Paley Honors Tribute to Tyler Perry on December 4. In the comments section below the video of Markle on the red carpet, one of Martin's followers asked about the oil she used to light her collarbones.

“It's not oil, it's Live Tinted Hugglow Liquid Highlighter Drops (Golden Hour),” he revealed.

No wonder Markle's skin glows every time he turns around in his Oscar de la Renta diamond choker and strapless gown. In addition to a serum-infused base of squalane, hyaluronic acid, and sunflower seed oil, Live Tinted's drop features ripples of soft gold micro shimmer running through it.

But Markle is not the only lovely lady who considers this generously sized liquid highlight a red carpet essential. So does Neha Prakash, Entertainment Director at Marie Claire.

“The team at Live Tinted seems to have bottled drops of sunlight into this magical highlighter,” says Prakash.

“It's a must, especially for the red carpet events I cover for work.”

Prakash also praises the product's versatility for use on both face and body.

“I keep this product in my bag and dab it on the bridge of my nose, collarbone, and cheekbones right before Step & Repeat for a dazzling glow and polishing effect that has celebrities at the Academy Awards and Met Gala stopping to ask for makeup tips,” she told me. Hueglow, like many of Live Tinted's products, is packed with skincare superhero ingredients.”

So there you have it, all you dull skin seekers. The Duchess of Sense has struck again with a beauty product that can revitalize even the driest winter skin. Get them in time for the holiday party season before the secret gets out.
