Bella Hadid combines rocker chic and Scandi girl in leather pants and velvet choux

Bella Hadid's latest getup is a study in well-done monotone dressing: leaving a New York hotel on December 11, she was spotted wearing an all-black ensemble layered with various textures instead of various colors.

Conscious of the cold, she dressed in a structured black single-breasted coat and matching long scarf. However, what she wore underneath her comfortable winter essentials was the kind of outfit she would choose if she were heading directly to a holiday party after work. Her black cowl-neck blouse, for example, epitomized every woman's favorite go-to top. Her cropped shirt was just below her low-rise leather biker pants, which had adjustable zippers at the ankles and appeared to have a split hem.

Her large croc-embossed bag and black belt with gold hardware were both courtesy of Saint Laurent. But as is usual with Bella's street style, it's the little details that really intrigue. Her spiky black office siren boots peeked out from under her rocker-chic leather pants, a nod to that year's boot trend. Her milky pale pink manicure spoke to the lasting impact of the summer bubble bath nail trend popularized by Meghan Markle and Zendaya. Her wavy gold croissant hoops, on the other hand, felt distinctly Haley Bieber-esque.

It wouldn't be a Bella Hadid outfit without a couple of quirky curveball accessories. Here, in homage to the early 2000s, she wore sexy librarian Bayonetta-framed glasses and a festive black velvet scrunchie for a Copenhagen Fashion Week-inspired twist. It's very Scandi It Girl.
