Taylor Swift will not appear on the Kansas City Chiefs' reality show “WAGs”

Fans hoping to see more of Taylor Swift cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs offstage on Bravo have received some disappointing news.

According to sources close to the situation, Swift and her new BFF Brittany Mahomes will not appear on Bravo's upcoming reality show, which follows the high-profile wives and girlfriends of NFL teams.

“Taylor and Brittany are not part of the show at all and will not be filmed,” a source close to both Swift and Mahomes told People in an exclusive interview.

“Taylor in particular is very protective of what little personal life she has left.”

The insider continued that Swift “enjoys all the women she meets, but she won't be part of the Bravo storyline.”

Swift is famously dating three-time Super Bowl champion Travis Kelce, who is the wife of quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

People previously reported that Bravo is currently filming a new reality show featuring the WAGs, the team that won back-to-back Super Bowls.

“There is still a lot to figure out, including who will be part of the final cast and whether there is enough there to build a full series around,” another source told the publication.

“It's very much in progress.”

While the final cast has not been officially set, a source close to the project told the publication that cameras are tracking Sheawna Weathersby, who shares two children with Chariah Gordon, Mecole Hardman Jr.'s fiance, and player Chris Jones She told the publication.

“The action is all centered around Chariah and Sheawna and their group of friends, who all know the struggles of being partners with these workaholic athletes,” a second source said.

According to the same source, viewers may see little, if any, of the Kells as well, as Kansas City Chiefs players are rarely, if ever, scheduled to be featured on the show.

After Swift skipped the Kansas City Chiefs game, fans of the popular couple speculated that Kels and the pop star may be experiencing some relationship troubles.

However, sources close to the couple quickly shut down these rumors, and Kelce himself said back in 2016 that girlfriends of NFL players should not feel obligated to attend every football game in person.

“If you're dating a professional athlete, I don't think you have to go to every game, at least I don't. I mean, there are eight home games, eight away games, and then there are playoffs,” he said in a recently resurfaced interview. 'I don't expect my parents or my friends to go to every game.'
