Prince Harry has made a string of high-profile appearances over the past few days, some of which he seems to be enjoying.

While some of his appearances in New York this week appear to be more serious in tone, the Duke of Sussex's presence as solo agent at the One805Live Fall Concert in California over the weekend was, according to one behavioral expert, “rock star It was nothing short of “rock star-like.

The event was for Santa Barbara County first responders and was emceed by Hollywood star Kevin Costner. Harry attended alone, as his wife Meghan Markle was a last minute no-show due to illness.

“His open jacket, his gleeful smirk to the audience, and his cheeky, knowing thumbs-up gesture all suggest that here he was in full ‘rock star’ style, as he appeared on stage when he first arrived in the US, in some suggesting that he is in showboy mode,” James observed.

Harry arrived in New York shortly after the charity concert, and on Sunday evening he showed up for a dinner hosted by the World Health Organization, where he spent time with important guests, including Queen Mathilde of Belgium.

On Monday, the Duke attended the 14th Concordia Global Summit to discuss mental health and a reception for the HALO Trust, an organization dedicated to landmine clearance that his mother, Princess Diana, was familiar with.

Royal expert Phil Dampier previously commented on this series of Harry's solo attendance, telling The Sun, “It's important that he's doing so much on his own now.”

Dampier added, “He wants a more fulfilling role for himself, so we may see more of him [in the UK].”

The expert's comments come as Harry awaits a visit to the UK to attend the Wellchild Awards on September 30.
