Ben Affleck has moved!

Earlier this week, a truck carrying his belongings and movers were photographed leaving the actor's rental property in Brentwood.

Affleck moved into the house a few months ago for a whopping $100,000 a month (according to Robb Report) amid rumors of his impending divorce from Jennifer Lopez.

Even before Lopez filed for divorce on August 20 and the divorce became a reality, the couple had put the couple's house, which they had just purchased last year, on the market in early June.

Then in late July, reports came out that the “Gone Girl” star had purchased a new home for a whopping $20.5 million, located on the border of Brentwood and Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles.

According to Robb Report, Affleck's new home will be next door to Diane Keaton. It will also be convenient for him to see his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their children, Finn (15) and Samuel (12), who still live at home. Their oldest daughter, Violet, 18, has just started college at Yale.

The filmmaker's new home is lavish, with a stable and screening room, but it pales in comparison to the over-the-top house Affleck and Lopez bought together in Beverly Hills. The property, which is for sale for about $68 million, according to Zillow's listing, has 12 beds, 24 bathrooms (literally, why not), basketball and pickleball courts, a gym, a boxing ring... boasts.

According to TMZ, the house actually has a buyer, with an offer of $64 million accepted, but the deal is in escrow (Selling Sunset fans, did I say that right?

Affleck and Lopez's marriage was hit with months of divorce rumors, which were proven correct when the “Jenny From the Block” singer gave the separation date as April 26 in her August divorce filing.

They had been married for only two years.
