Lottie Moss, sister of Kate Moss, shared her entire experience at Ozempic.

The 26-year-old model released an episode of her podcast Dream On With Lottie Moss, “MY OZEMPIC HELL: I Had Seizures, A&E, Weight Loss,” on September 12.

In that episode, Lottie described what happened when she took too high a dose of a GLP-1 drug she had obtained during what she calls her “low days” and was taking for weight loss purposes.

“One of the really, really big trends right now is Ozenpick, and I'm not going to lie to you guys.

“It was the worst decision I ever made, if I do say so myself.

She explained why she recommends people not try the drug, saying, “I took it for two weeks and I've never felt so bad in my life.”

The model told her friend that two weeks later she could no longer choke down food or water and eventually needed to go to the hospital; in the E.R., a nurse asked Lottie how much Ozempic she was taking and was shocked at how high a dose she was taking.

“She asked me how much weight I had lost in the last two weeks,” Lottie explained. 'She sent me to the emergency room and I wheeled around the hospital in a wheelchair. At one point, I went to the bathroom and I got really sick and almost passed out.

“As soon as I entered the room where I was being examined by another nurse, I had a seizure due to dehydration. My friend was ...... I had to hold my leg.

Lottie urged listeners not to take Ozempic and continued that it is really hard for people with a history of eating disorders to see celebrities take it and lose so much weight. She said, “It's so hard to see that when it might not be someone who's going to lose weight right away, or someone who's struggling with recovery, and you're like, ‘Oh my God, I'm going to lose so much weight.’ Where has all the body positivity gone?”

The model explained that she decided to take Ozempic a few months ago because she was “not happy with my weight” and got it through a friend. Although she was prescribed it by her doctor, it was not prescribed specifically for her individual needs. She explained, “The dose I was taking was actually for someone over 100 kilos, and I'm in the 50-something range.

She went on to say that there were many other things she wished she had known before taking GLP-1.

As Lottie pointed out, many celebrities, including Kelly Clarkson, Sharon Osbourne, and Tracy Morgan, have publicly stated that they take Ozempic, Wegoby, or similar drugs to aid in weight loss.

However, GLP-1 has been developed primarily to assist in the management of type 2 diabetes and obesity, according to the National Library of Medicine. Regardless of whether one suffers from one of these conditions, one should always consult a physician before taking these medications.
