Jennifer Aniston Brings Rich Girl Blonde Hair Trend to the 2024 Emmy Awards Red Carpet
If there is one person on this planet who influences my beauty decisions, it is Jennifer Aniston. I was one of the first to purchase her hair care line, LolaVie (one of the best hair brands, FYI). I cut my hair to “The Rachel” around the early 2000s to resemble her famous Friends character, Rachel Green. And thanks to her 2024 Emmy red carpet look, I am now considering dying my hair “Rich Girl Blonde.”
The morning show star, who is nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, hit the red carpet in a nude dress.
Don't get me wrong: she's always been blonde. But tonight her tone is more buttery than golden, probably from her longtime hair colorist, Chris McMillan. It rivals the biggest hair trend of the season.
“We love bright blondes, but now it's time to go back to darker roots and buttery ends,” hairstylist Julius Michael previously told Marie Claire when discussing hair trends for fall 2024.
“Baby-light highlights throughout and toning down just at the roots will keep hair looking natural and sun-kissed.”
“You want to emulate Aniston's hairstyle too,” you just have to ask a modern-day Rachel's hairstylist. Unlike the bouncy, bob-length chop she had when “Friends” aired, her current cut is longer, layered, and straight. A DIY blow-dry with a round brush and a flat iron for a slightly more conservative wave would be a good idea.
If you're not in the mood to change your hair color, perhaps copying Aniston's nail design is more your style. Nail artist Kim Truong shared via press release, “This classy manicure perfectly complemented her Emmy look,” adding that she used Apriess polish to create a French manicure with standard thin white tips.
Aniston's make-up was similarly full-on Chanel, with flawless foundation, a timeless pink lip, and fluttering lashes by makeup artist Angela Levine.
