On the fashion front, Jennifer Lopez has yet to break out of her blue phase. In the past month alone, the multi-hyphenate has favored every shade of blue in spring, from layering every shade of navy to going out in blueberry sweats. And this season, Lopez continues her blue push with her favorite purse in hand.

The "On The Floor" singer was photographed on Sunday, April 21 in New York City. She started her outfit for the day with a cropped crew neck sweatshirt, dressed in a modest head-to-toe navy route. Over that, she layered a long navy trench coat from Saint Laurent and added a high-low "oomph" with flared-out yoga pants and white platform sneakers from K-Swiss, the only major color contrast in the outfit.

She completed the look with a pair of huge Dsquared sunglasses and a high ponytail that showed off her big gold hoop earrings. "THIS IS ME.... NOW" star, she paired her casual outfit with a well-worn navy Hermès Birkin bag. The average price of one of her birkin bags is over $80,000, so there's a reason the musician takes her collection with her wherever she goes. (The "Let's Get Loud" singer is not only attached to her signature Hermes style (she matches variations of this handbag with any outfit, including fur coats and sweatshirts), but has made blue her signature color for spring. Last week, J.Lo's casual outfit for an errand featured a set of bright blue Frankies bikinis. Her accessory of choice was the aptly named sleek leather Birkin.

The 54-year-old also went all blue in another outfit. Spotted with husband Ben Affleck, she wore an oversized dark blue coat over a long-sleeved navy Intimissimi turtleneck, Acne Studios wide-leg jeans, and cerulean blue heels.

Lopez's back-to-back blue attire seems to suggest something on the sartorial front. Perhaps the singer-slash-actress is foreshadowing a particular look ahead of her "best greatest hits" tour scheduled for June, or it could just be a coincidence. Either way, J.Lo's latest outfit proves that there is no such combination as Bruce and Birkin.
