Like the rest of us, Chrissy Teigen (opens in new tab) is obsessed with the Netflix documentary "Cheer" (if you're not, I suggest you cancel your plans today and watch it armed with an industrial-sized multipack of tissues). Teigen, with incessant, uncontrollable tears, reminisced about her high school cheerleading days and posted a photo on Instagram.

"Watching cheerleading on Netflix reminded me that I was just as bad at cheerleading as I was at plucking my eyebrows," Teigen captioned the photo (and to give her credit, her high school eyebrows, like the rest of us (She's skinny). 'I really don't know how I got on this team. The best part was that we didn't have JV/VV, but one team got to cheer for basketball and football, and the other team (mine) got to cheer for volleyball and wrestling."

"I still remember cheering for Matt, though," Teigen concluded." Go Fight Win Baby. Go Fight Win. Why any figurative cheering?

This is not the first time Teigen has reflected on her high school years; as local newspaper HeraldNet reported in 2017 (opens in new tab), she and John Legend took a trip to Snohomish High School, where she was a cheerleader for the Panthers. According to the paper, Teigen "signed old yearbooks, talked to students, and hugged the staff," and Legend "played piano for the school choir practice singing 'Seasons of Love' from the musical Rent" (my high school choir would have fainted)
