Princess Beatrice's mother, Sarah Ferguson, talks about her daughter's royal wedding.

Last Friday, Princess Beatrice wed Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi (open in new tab) in Windsor. Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the royal couple's guest list was drastically reduced, with only close relatives in attendance.

After the wedding, Beatrice's mother, Sarah Ferguson, and her sister, Princess Eugenie, congratulated her on Instagram. On Monday, Sarah, the Duchess of York, shared words of happiness and gratitude from motivational speaker Denis Waitley, writing, "Thank you to all the special and kind people who took the time and trouble to send me amazingly thoughtful messages of support."

"Never has a mother been more proud than at Eugenie and Jack's wedding, and also at my loving wedding to Beatrice and my dear Ed," Sarah continued.

"I am so blessed to have my daughters, and now my best sons-in-law."

Meanwhile, Eugenie posted the official wedding photos on Sunday, writing, "Couldn't Bea happier (get it)."

"What a complete joy and privilege to watch you, my beautiful sister, walk down the aisle for my dear Edo," Eugenie wrote. She added, "I am so proud of you and so excited to support you in this next chapter of your life. We are going to have so much fun together."

"Happy wedding day to you both xxxx," she concluded.
