Holmes has been in the public eye in recent weeks thanks to his new relationship with New York chef Emilio Vitolo, who has been spotted on numerous PDA-heavy dates (opens in new tab). Holmes is reportedly "crazy" about Vitro (opens in new tab), and a source close to her tells People that the same insider describes the chef as "fun and charismatic."

Unfortunately, things took a turn last week when it was reported that Vitro was engaged (opens in new tab) when she and Holmes were dating, and then it was revealed that the same day her first PDA photo with Holmes was released, she allegedly broke up with her ex-fiance, designer Rachel Emmons, via email. Things took a turn for the worse. An unnamed friend of Emmons told the Daily Mail, "The two were making concrete wedding plans and then ......
