Jesse J (open in new tab), who just turned 33 on March 27, decided to celebrate the occasion with a nude Instagram selfie. The post was fairly simple for a nude post: the singer simply shared an artistic shot of himself standing naked in a bathroom (opens in new tab) with the caption "33."

People were quite impressed with the comments. One fan wrote: "I just love it. "How beautiful!" Another fan said.

The "Flashlight" diva followed up her birthday post with some new workout videos on her Instagram Story. In them, she does all kinds of things in the gym. She does leg lifts with exercise bands, uses a stairlift while shaking out her hair, works out on all fours with another exercise band, does pull-ups with a TRX band, and does sit-ups. In one clip, she uses a rowing machine and sings, "I hate rowing."

The "Bang Bang" singer has stated in the past that she goes hard during her workouts. She says, "I come out of the gym red and sweaty, but I feel good. It's not about how you look in the morning, it's about making life last," she told HuffPost in 2017.

She also opened up to Women's Health UK about her commitment to working out." (Exercise) makes me feel really positive. I didn't believe that until I started working out." Before a workout, you can feel a little down because you're kind of sluggish, like, 'Oh, I don't want to do that.' But when I work out, I feel energized. It makes me feel alive."
