Royal Expert Says Prince Harry's Memoir Release Date Could Be Considered 'Disrespectful' to Queen

Many royal experts and sources have weighed in (open in new tab) on the increased strain the upcoming book's contents will place on Harry's relationships with other members of the royal family, but one expert says the timing of its release could also be problematic.
According to a press release on the deal (opens in new tab), Harry's "intimate and heartfelt" memoir will be released "in late 2022," meaning it will be released when the Queen is celebrating her historic Diamond Jubilee, the 70th anniversary of her reign

According to Us Weekly magazine (opens in new tab), Nick Bullen, co-founder and editor-in-chief of True Royalty TV (opens in new tab), said the book's "release in the year of [the Queen's] jubilee" (especially in the UK) "upset people He added that the move "could be seen as disrespectful" on Harry's part.
