Famous friends of Prince William and Prince Harry (opens in new tab) seem to have been forced to take sides in the ongoing sibling feud.

The Mirror (opens in new tab) reports that the Beckhams (opens in new tab) are currently grappling with how to balance their longtime friendship with the royal family as they plan the guest list for the wedding of their son Brooklyn and actress Nicola Peltz (opens in new tab) ...

As the Mirror points out, David and Victoria's friendship with the royal family (opens in new tab) goes back many years, with the couple having been invited to William and Kate Middleton's 2011 wedding (opens in new tab) and Harry and Meghan Markle's 2018 wedding (opens in new open in new tab), to which they were invited. More recently, however, David has been seen mingling with the Cambridges (he was snapped standing near Will and Kate and their eldest son, Prince George, at the Euros at Wembley Stadium this summer), while Victoria has been "in California . has reportedly developed a friendship with Meghan since moving there."

Apparently, Victoria is worried that she will have to choose between the two when sending out invitations.

"Vic is a little worried about inviting both couples and that all the attention will be focused on the feuding royals instead of his son and future wife," a source told Closer magazine (via The Mirror). They are right to be worried about getting involved in the feud with Princess Meghan."

David, on the other hand, has been open about his close bond with both brothers for years; in a 2013 interview with Esquire (opens in new tab) UK (opens in new tab), he said he considers Will in particular a friend, but he also speaks highly of the time spent with Harry He also spoke highly of the time he spent with Harry.

"We've done a lot of functions together," he said of the royal family. 'It's a very normal relationship. I have a very normal relationship with Harry. They're very easy to get along with. They love sports. William, unfortunately, loves Aston Villa. Obviously."
