Although they have been a couple since 2017, Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin have not revealed much about their relationship publicly, but in a new interview, Johnson shared some new details about what their life together is like.

"We've been together for quite a while, and we go out sometimes, but we both work so much that we like to stay home and be cozy and private," she said for Elle UK magazine's February 2022 cover story. The actress and the Coldplay frontman are rarely photographed together, and they keep their relationship out of the spotlight as much as possible.

Rather than going out on the town, she continued, the two prefer to invite their celebrity friends over.

"Most of the partying takes place inside my house," Johnson said.

Johnson moved into Martin's house in Malibu, California, in February 2021, and they have lived together ever since. Just this week, he purchased another home for the couple nearby for $14.4 million, nearly $2 million over the purchase price of $12.5 million for that Point Dume property, E News! reported.

One of the parties they threw in Malibu sparked major dating rumors. In fact, the blue and pink balloons that people based their speculation on were for Johnson's birthday party, which was attended by celebrities such as Julia Roberts and Sean Penn.
