In heartwarming news, Queen Elizabeth II, through her chamberlain Mary Morrison, sent a letter to a little girl who dressed up as the Queen for Halloween. [The letter was addressed to the family of the little girl, Jalaine, who sent the monarch a photo of her daughter dressed as the queen in a pastel blue coat, matching hat, string of pearls, gray wig, and pastel pink shoes and bag.
