Pete Davidson has a theory about why he gets along with women: "I'm a diamond in the trash."
Pete Davidson is an SNL star and has appeared in many TV and film productions. He is funny, a mental health advocate, and seemingly an all-around nice guy. He is also, let's face it, an attractive guy.
Despite all this background, people are much perplexed as to how Davidson is able to seduce so many beautiful and skilled women. I mean, who would want to date a funny, famous guy who looks good on the red carpet?
Thankfully, the comedian, who has dated Ariana Grande, Phoebe Daimber, Kaia Gerber, and Kate Beckinsale and is currently dating Kim Kardashian, has taken the comments in stride.
Appearing at the 9th annual Patrice O'Neal Comedy Benefit Concert, Davidson offered a theory as to what makes him such a catch. 'I seem to have a curiosity about me,' he said (via Us Weekly), 'my friends say.'" I was being interviewed and I was trying to figure out a way to explain myself to someone."
The best image he can come up with is the box of discount DVDs at 7-Eleven, which usually contains a bunch of movies that no one wants to watch, like "Tropic Thunder."
For Davidson, the film is a "classic" that "doesn't belong in the trash." No one puts Petey in the corner of the dumpster ... I won't put it there. I'm Tropic Thunder. I'm a diamond in the trash. I'm a steal. Kardashian is a lucky woman.
