Kate Middleton once again shows off her athleticism by training with the England rugby team.

In her element The Duchess of Cambridge has just become a Patron of Rugby Football League and Rugby Football Union, and she got to show off her impressive athleticism on the pitch with the England rugby team.

Taking part in a training session at Twickenham Stadium, Kate Middleton joined the players in throwing the ball and participating in scrums. And, judging by the happy faces she wore throughout, the Duchess had the absolute time of her life.

Along with a congratulatory video posted on the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's Instagram, Middleton wrote 'I am thrilled to be a Patron of Rugby Football League and Rugby Football Union. Rugby Football League and Rugby Football Union are great organizations where sport can bring communities together and develop individuals!!!C"

Rugby is not the only sport where the Duchess has shown her talent. The famously sporty royal's love of exercise began early. Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams recently told Marie Claire magazine, "I think her interest in sports and the fact that she was always sporty also gave her a lot of confidence."

"If you look at the way she and William balance their activities, very often there is some kind of sport, whether it be rowing, ball games, or whatever.

At school, the future duchess played field field hockey. More recently, she had the opportunity to show off her tennis skills by playing with champion Emma Raducanu. However, she does not have a natural talent for soccer - at least according to her very honest eldest son. Ouch.
