Kate Middleton and Prince William's 11th wedding anniversary: a "national anchor."

Happy wedding anniversary to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge! [They are celebrating their 11th wedding anniversary today, April 29, and it's safe to say that their relationship (which began around 2001, according to Us Weekly) is going from strength to strength.

For our own celebration, Marie Claire asked body language expert Andy Corley and Haifa Barbari, love coach and founder of Be What Matters, to weigh in on the royal couple's evolution.

"If I could describe Will and Kate's past, present, and future in one sentence, it would be 'couples who grow together stay together.' We have witnessed their evolution and growth from their first bikini charity walk (where sparks reportedly first began to fly), to party nights at Buzis in Kensington in their early 20s, to growing into adulthood and stepping into royal responsibilities together," says Barbari.

"They fall in love, break up, and make up. ...... They are human beings. But unlike many couples, they have morphed through stages of life together, and now, entering their 40s, seem to be blossoming."

For the Cambridges, however, their role in the royal family was not always natural. In the early days, the pictures of them in public were more formal, they were both very erect, straight, and smiling, but more "forced," says Corey.

But they quickly adjusted to their new life together. Cory continues, "Shortly after Prince George was born, William seems to be giving Kate a look, which seems like a very protective touch, making sure she's okay and perhaps that she really enjoys the attention." Their pictures look more natural, their smiles warmer and more genuine."

For Cory, it wasn't until Louis was born that the two really relaxed into their royal duties. Cory says of the photos taken around 2017 and 2018, "As they mature as royalty and as parents, the birth of Louis in particular, Kate in particular seems to have clearly picked up the pace and gotten into a more comfortable zone, shining as herself rather than as part of the couple."

Cory says of the photos taken around 2017 and 2018 He talks about.

In later years, Cory sees a certain maturity in the couple." Their formal photos, he says, "still retain a personal presence, with the added maturity of William's training and upbringing in the Windsor household combined with Kate's experience and her humor.

"This allows for a mix of formality and friendliness from both of their energies."

For Barbari, it is clear that despite the difficulties they have encountered, Prince William and Kate Middleton have worked and worked and worked on their marriage and their love.

"If there is an anchor for this country, it would be Will and Kate," she says.

"I say this because love doesn't just happen. Sparks fly. Chemical reactions happen. Attraction happens. That's what happened in Will & Kate's college days. But love is an action. Love is created. Love is a daily practice.

"In other words, love is a conscious act of two people showing up for each other every day, consciously choosing to love, acting from a place of love, reacting from a place of love, communicating from a place of love, showing love, and growing a new love together as each grows over time It is."

"Nothing remains the same, it is the choice to love each other today and through our evolution together." We have witnessed Will and Kate do this time and time again, and we wish them even more love, patience, and growth in the years and life stages ahead."

As for what the future holds for the royal couple, Barbari incorporated tarot cards into his commentary." They got the knight of the wand, the archetype of passion," she explains. 'The energy of fire. Adventure. Sparks, bedroom passion, creativity, perhaps getting creative together here. My advice is to make it a priority this year to keep the spark alive between them and to incorporate adventure into their relationship and their lives."

I wish them no less.
