Kate Middleton maneuvers a gust of wind with aplomb in her latest outing.
Kate Middleton can literally handle any minor mishap.
During the Duchess of Cambridge's latest engagement, she was caught in a gust of wind that sent her long hair flying across her face. She seemed to take it all in stride and had an amused smile on her face the entire time.
One Twitter user wrote, "Mmm why don't I look this good when the wind blows my hair out." Is really unfair. Literally, so rude.
Anyway, jealousy doesn't suit me, so move quickly: the Duchess was visiting Little Village Brent.
For this visit, her statement piece was from Zara, one of her favorite affordable retailers. According to the Daily Mail, she paired the jacket with tailored black pants by Laurent Mouret, suede black heeled pumps by Gianvito Rossi, an off-white woven clutch bag by Massimo Dutti, and drop earrings by Kiki McDonough.
Commenting on her choice of attire, body language expert Darren Stanton told Marie Claire magazine, "It is a common trait for Kate to wear colors that reflect the event she is attending, so while out in London to attend a children's charity event, It is not surprising that she chose to wear neutrals."
On behalf of Slingo (open in new tab), Stanton added." Kate's choice of outfit, a white blazer and black pants, allows her to not stand out too much and instead reflects her desire to focus attention on the charity and the people she is interacting with."

Little Village aims to provide community, resources, and necessities to children under the age of five in London who are experiencing homelessness, unemployment, low wages, domestic abuse, and other difficult circumstances. The Duchess met with volunteers on site and saw firsthand the wonderful work they are doing.
