News has broken that Khloe is expecting another child via surrogate with ex Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares daughter True, 4,

A representative for the Good American founder told E! News, 'We can confirm that True has a sibling, conceived in November. Chloe is so grateful to her wonderful surrogate mother for such a beautiful blessing. We would like to ask for your kindness and privacy so that Chloe can focus on her family."

In November, Khloe and Tristan were tentatively dating in an attempt to make things work between them, as seen in season one of "The Kardashians," which is available on Hulu. Khloe was slowly trying to trust Tristan again after being caught up in a series of cheating scandals, and Tristan was going to therapy. [Sadly, however, in December 2021, it was discovered that a woman named Maralee Nichols was suing Tristan for child support, and the NBA player underwent a paternity test that confirmed he was the father of Theo Thompson. He had sex with Theo's mother while he was with Chloe. Since then, their relationship has reportedly ended.

An inside source confirmed to E! that the two are definitely not back together. 'The two have not spoken except about co-parenting.

"Before it became clear to Khloe and the public that Tristan was having a child with someone else in December, she became pregnant through surrogacy.

At that point, they may have planned to raise this new child as a couple, but Khloe had previously talked about having another child with Tristan in 2020, when they were actually separated.
