Prince William, Kate Middleton, George, Charlotte, Louis, and their dog Aura were secretly spotted jetting off for the kids' summer vacation.

In footage released by the Daily Mail, the little Cambridge family can be seen merrily making their way to the royal helicopter that was waiting near Kensington Palace in London.

The young Cambridge family is out of school for the summer.

In the video, the entire family is seen carrying bags, except for Louis, who runs ahead to board the helicopter.

The Duchess of Cambridge is wearing the perfect summer outfit for the occasion: a white dress and a floppy straw hat. Perfect.

"The whole family was very smartly dressed, and I loved the way they carried their luggage," one onlooker told the Mail.

"They were very nice and they had a dog with them. Everyone was carrying bags except Prince Louis"

"It was a really, really hot day and it looked like they were going on a picnic or something. [At least it looked that way.

The Cambridges' destination is still unknown, but the prevailing theory is that they were going to Anmer Hall, a country retreat in Norfolk; helicopters are often used to travel between the two houses, but apparently the Queen is not too fond of this practice.

"I think the queen was uncomfortable with the idea of the whole family traveling by helicopter.

To be fair, it seems a bit difficult to ensure the safety of a family while stuck in traffic for hours on the highway.

The Cambridges are rumored to want to return to Mustique Island in the Caribbean, where they last went in 2019, but the helicopter ride was probably not meant for that. More on that later!
