Prince William and Kate Middleton to avoid Sussex couple on US trip?
Prince William and Kate Middleton will be in London in 2022 for the second annual Earthshot Awards ceremony (the first was held in London in 2021).
While they will likely visit many other people and places in their official capacities while they are there, there is one meeting that will likely not make a void in their schedule. Hanging out with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their children."
"It would be an ideal situation to take time out to meet," says royal expert Neal Schon (via Express).
"That way you can be in the same country and away from prying eyes. It's easier to get away from the media a little bit because it's a vast land over there."
"We could meet anywhere, but sadly that's not possible.
"We have no private visiting hours and have a jam-packed schedule planned. Very nice and imposing.
So there is an argument that all this supposed snubbing is a logistical problem: ...... Until Sean adds: "This all centers around the fact that William is having a very hard time recovering from the allegations that Harry has been passing around about him and his family through Oprah.
Because of course they will be super busy, but there will surely be an evening or a few hours where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle can come over for a quick dinner or coffee, no matter where they are in that country.
So while this may not be intentional, it is a bit super-intentional. Also, soberly, the Sussexes could at least be invited to the awards themselves. Yes, I agree. I mean, family matters are always complicated.
That said, even as a royal expert, Sean may not know the exact schedule of the Cambridges. Only time will tell.
