Prince Albert, Princess Charlene and their twins will swap evening wear for sweaters with shocking casual 2024 Christmas cards

When it comes to Royal Christmas cards, gowns you can always count on Monaco to offer some big time holiday charm! tuxedo! velvet! sequins! It's my personal favorite card to watch every year, but for 2024, Prince Albert and Princess Charlene took a considerable departure from their usual Christmas greetings.

On Monday, Dec. 2, the Prince's Palace released the official card of the royal family, this year they are dressed...True to another

form, Princess Charlene wore a brown turtleneck with a hint of sparkle in its knitted fabric and added some sparkle to her attire, posing alongside adorable 9-year-old twins, Prince Jack and Princess Gabriella, in front of the fireplace wearing a "beige sweater" neutral tone. Although she added a pair of brown jeans, her choice of brown jeans certainly wasn't her usual Christmas vibe. Even the Christmas tree adopted the same neutral aesthetic that it was decorated with brown, gold and ivory-themed ornaments.

It's definitely a more relevant picture than their typical ultra-luxurious card of the past. In 2023, Princess Charlene wore an off-the-shoulder bronze velvet evening dress, while Gabriella wore a sweet velvet dress as Jack and dad Prince Albert wore tuxedos for holiday photos. Behind them stood a sparkling gold tree, worthy of the palace, sprayed with floor-to-ceiling metal gold branches.

And in the years before that, 2 moms wore many other dramatic dresses, like the green ball gown they wore in 2022 and the shimmering sheer gown the Royals wore in 2020 with a snow-blue theme on their cards.

Along with their cute Christmas card moments, Prince Albert, Princess Charlene and the family have been busy with lots of other celebrations lately.

A family of 4 attended a Christmas illumination event at Place du Casino in Monaco on May 11. 30, when the Twins officially helped kick off the season by turning on the holiday lights in Monaco. They also stole the show during the National Day and coordinated with their parents in a mini military uniform (Jack) and a lilac dress (Gabriella).

And the 10th birthday of Jack and Gabriella is approaching the 12th month. 10, we are sure that soon enough will be treated to another glimpse of the royal twins.
