Thirty years after Princess Diana resigned in her legendary black revenge dress, the appearance made a royal comeback of its victory.

The late Princess's twin nieces Lady Amelia Spencer and Lady Elizabeth Spencer (who happen to bear a mysterious resemblance to the Princess of the people) came out in what can only be described as a remix of Diana's iconic 1024 Revenge dress of 1994. 2.

For those in need of a quick royal refresher, Diana's original black Christina Stambolian dress was basically the middle finger to the royal establishment, Prince Charles publicly admitted to having an affair in a shocking interview and wore it the same night. With its plunging front and short hem, the off-the-shoulder black mini dress was the fashion equivalent of a slap in the face, instantly becoming something of a royal legend.

Lady Amelia referenced the look in her Pamela Roland gown at the Fashion Awards, wearing a form-fitting black evening dress with a bodice strikingly similar to her late aunt's famous Revenge Mini. Amelia's was a full-length gown, but it certainly gave off the same energy and she paired the style with a pile of diamonds for good measure

As for Lady Eliza, she also opted for a similar black gown and a bit of a twin dress featuring drapery off-the-shoulder sleeves. Wearing a covered version. Like Amelia, the model also wore a shimmering diamond choker along with coordinating bracelets, earrings and rings.

Both sisters wore their blonde hair back smooth with the same updos for the event and also wore the same shades of neutral,smoky makeup.

Big sis Kitty Spencer was also in attendance at the awards, but she moved away from the sisters' looks in a shimmering gold Pamella Roland ball gown accented with a black ribbon at the waist.

Sister Spencer said the trio welcomed their cousin Prince William, as shown in the recent Centre Point Awards. I often dress similar when I was wearing an ice-like blue gown to support.
