Annie Leibovitz has photographed everyone from rock royalty to real monarchs, and now she's immortalizing another stunning queen. On Tuesday, Nov.

Like the late British Queen, Leticia, 52, poses inside the gently illuminated Royal Palace for her portrait (although she skipped the tiara). However, it is a stylish Queen's historical jewelry that really catches the eye. According to court jewelers, Queen Letizia wore a large diamond riviere necklace and drop earrings that have been passed down through generations of the Spanish royal family.

This work was first collected by Queen Ena, King Felipe's great-grandmother, and has been worn over the years by royalty such as Queen Sofia and now Leticia, making it a beautiful symbol of royal heritage.
