It's hard to imagine Prince Harry without Meghan Markle. After meeting on a blind date in the summer of 2016, the relationship between Harry and Meghan blossomed. Just a year before their first meeting, Prince Harry gave an obvious interview in which he shared his desire to start a family and move aborad.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex tied the knot at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in 2018 at 5.19 PM. They have since welcomed 2 children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, and have built a life together in Montecito, California. But before Prince Harry found the other half, he expressed his desire to follow in Prince William's footsteps.

During an official visit to New Zealand in 2015, Prince Harry spoke with Royal correspondent Rhiannon Mills on Sky News about his hopes for the future. "Of course, I want a child right now," Harry said in an interview.

The Duke of Sussex continued, "But yeah, there's a process that has to go through. And you know, a tour like this is so much fun, hopefully I'm doing okay alone. It's great to have someone else next to me and share the pressure. But the time will come.

In an interview with the Sun's "Royal Exclusive Show," Royal Expert Mills spoke about her enlightening conversation with Prince Harry all those years ago

"I told him, "Have you ever thought of moving away?Mills explained. He said, "Yes, I would like to." I would like to move away. But I can't because of what I need to do to support the queen.

Mills revealed that Harry's comments "stuck to her forever.""The royal correspondent explained, "So whenever someone told me that it was Meghan's fault that they left behind, that conversation always comes to mind, because he always had it in him — this possibility jumps.

In Mills' opinion, Harry met Meghan Markle at a perfect time. "I think Meghan came over and said, 'Hold your hand, we'll jump together,'" Mills said.

Royal Correspondent Mills also reflected on Harry's 2015 comments about starting a family. "He came out with this brilliant line — "I love having kids now, but there's a process you have to go through" — his communication team said, "Oh, my goodness, why did he say that?""

Mills continued,"but then he also kept saying about how he wanted to take someone with him to support him."Of course, it was the next year that Harry met his future wife.
