After 9 weeks of respect, an adorable date, Joan finally narrowed her suitors down to 2 attractive seniors: Chock Chapple and Geigasert. By the Golden Bachelorette Finale, both chock and Guy, a 66-year-old emergency room doctor in Reno, Nevada, is in love with Joan the heel above the head. Chock proved his commitment to the process early in the season when he left the Golden Bachelorette mid-season following his mother's death and still returned. However, fans and other cast members claimed that Choc seemed to own Joan a bit, with 3rd place contestant Pascal Ibugi calling Choc a "stalker" in an interview after his elimination with Glamour.
Meanwhile, Guy stayed almost under the radar due to a lack of screen time for the first season, before dropping a big "fall for you" bomb during the pair's hometown date that indicated he was all-in. There has been speculation by fans throughout the season that Guy's scene may have diminished due to his controversial past.; 10, USA Today reported that Guy's ex-wife filed a temporary restraining order in 2021-10, claiming that he physically threatened her.
When it was his last day at Bora Bora, Joan made a quick and nonsense decision. Choc is the first of the two men to meet Joan's children and after he gets their approval, Choc sits Joan and he marries her and N with her.Y.C.Tell her that she wants to get a place for her. The next day, while Guy is preparing to meet the kids, Joan wakes up that morning and reveals that she realizes she's in love with Chock. Instead of letting guy make a move, she visits him in his room and breaks things down, freeing Guy from the embarrassment of being turned down in the middle of the proposal. When they talk in the live finale, Joan tells Guy that it came down to timing and that she also had strong feelings for him.
And with that, Chock heads uncompetitive to his beachside proposal. Before he gets down on one knee (on a remarkably windy day), Joan tells him that she can paint a future with him early on, "We waited until this moment in this wonderful place to tell you that life is ah I love you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you." I want to wake up next to you in the morning, and I want to kiss you when I go to bed at night.So he suggested, she said yes, and he got the golden final rose.
In the Live Golden Bachelorette finale, Joan and Chock confirmed that they are still getting stronger. They didn't elaborate on their long-term plans in special (beyond the mention of a likely sponsor of a family trip to Disney World), but the pair told Us Weekly that L.A. is the best place to start a family.A.He revealed that he is going to celebrate his engagement with the huge Bash at the event.
