Rihanna Out - Rihanna herself in a polka dot dress with a statement fur coat
Rihanna is really in all her own fashion class.
On Saturday, 11 May. 16, the singer and entrepreneur was found in Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica wearing a simple white and black polka-dot dress and rose in a really over-the-top fur coat.
Rihanna's obsession with fur coats is well known - she has a delicious habit of wearing an exaggerated coat while out on a night out in town or attending another great fashion show.
Recently, on 11 May. On May 11, Rihanna was spotted wearing a wrinkled velvet jacket lined with latte-colored fur. The singer chose to overlay the floor-length design on a satin bustier tucked into a pair of straight-leg jeans.
To everyone's surprise, the oversized statement coat is certainly part of this winter's trend and proves once again that Rihanna is no longer ahead of the fashion curve — she's the one who sets it up.
As Marie Claire previously reported, the singer wears a fur coat "This fall, virtually non-stop, has so far worked her way through almost every type of coat imaginable."
Our editor's favorites include a coat with fluffy stripe style and cowhide poncho, and a butter yellow teddy coat.
While attending Savage X Fenty's celebration of her lavish race debut at Nordstrom Century City in Los Angeles, California, Rihanna wore Savage x Fenty x Diesel camo lace corset slip paired with Savage x Fenty x Diesel camo lace tights (pictured) This time it is a vintage Fendi Curly Lamb Fur Shaggy coat - rose in another over-the—top coat (of course).
In a 2024 interview with Vogue, Rihanna opened up about her recent alt-girl aesthetic, but she said it wouldn't be a surprise if she knew her
"I'm Pisces," she told the publication at the time. "We're always going to be emo, that's literally the definition of our zodiac sign. I like to put my feet down and draw borders, but I also like to have fun. I like juxtaposition.
In a much earlier 2018 interview with the same publication, Rihanna also opened up about her overall fashion philosophy — not just her brand Savage X Fenty, but the same philosophy that guides her street style.
"Honestly, you have to laugh at yourself. That is, I know when I am having fat days and when I lose weight. I accept all bodies," she said at the time. "I'm not built like a Victoria's secret girl, and I'm still so beautiful and confident in my lingerie.”
