Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez just started divorce proceedings in recent weeks, but could they be ready to move on and date again in the near future?

According to one source speaking to Entertainment Tonight, “Ben has other priorities that are more important, but he is open about them.”

Affleck's priorities right now include working on a variety of projects According to iMDb, there are a whopping nine upcoming films he is working on as a producer.

He also produced the film “Unstoppable” with friend and co-producer Matt Damon, which stars Lopez and will be released on December 6.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Affleck said of his ex-wife's performance in the film, “Jennifer is amazing,” adding, “[The film] is another one that we're really, really proud of.”

Asked to comment on Affleck's producing abilities, Lopez dodged that a bit, telling one reporter, “I would describe everyone in the cast and everyone behind the scenes as spectacular and amazing.”

Meanwhile, according to ET sources, “Jen's friends and family are ...... want to see her get out there again and finally get her happily ever after.”

Lopez has not had the best luck in love: she has been engaged six times and married four times. As she recently told Nicky Glaser of “Interview,” the pop star has no regrets about her relationship with Affleck or any of her previous unlucky relationships.

“Not for one second,” she said. 'But that doesn't mean I almost lost it for good. It almost did. But now, on the other side of it, I think to myself. Thank you, God. I'm sorry it took so long. I've let this happen so many times; I should have learned a couple of times before. I get it. You had to hit me hard on the head with a hammer. You dropped the house on me. You don't have to do it again.'”

Lopez and Affleck rekindled their early 2000s romance in 2021 and married in 2022-2024.
