Gisele Bundchen “excited” about her pregnancy and “very happy” with Joaquim Valente, sources say.
As Marie Claire reported Monday, Gisele Bündchen is expecting her third child.
Now, a source shared more sweet insight into Bündchen's state of mind as she prepares to welcome her first baby with partner Joaquim Valente.
“Gisele is very happy in Miami,” the source told People, referring to the model's life on the Miami ranch. 'She enjoys her life there. Everyone is very lively."
The source added that Bündchen feels ‘very lucky’ to have Valente, a former jiu-jitsu instructor, in her life. 'They started out as friends but have been in a serious relationship for over a year. 'She's excited about the birth and feels great. She is a few months along and plans to have a home birth."
[8A source previously told People, “Gisele and Joaquim are happy about this new chapter in their lives and are looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family.”
Bundchen and Tom Brady's marriage fell apart in 2022 after the quarterback retired from the NFL and withdrew from retirement, but the Brazilian supermodel explained that this was only one factor leading to their separation.
They have 14-year-old Benjamin and 11-year-old Vivian, and Bundchen is the mother-in-law of Brady's son Jack, 16, with Bridget Moynahan.
According to sources who spoke to TMZ, the model told her ex that she was pregnant before the news hit the media.
As for her relationship with Valente, it began around June 2023 when the two met through a jiu-jitsu session.
In 2020, Bündchen spoke to Marie Claire about her environmental activism. 'One of my ultimate motivations for working to protect the planet is my children. As a mother, I want my children and their children to experience the same beautiful, healthy planet that I have experienced.”
She also shared one of the most important lessons she tries to teach her children. She said, “Words have the power to inspire, to hurt, and to motivate. I try to teach my children that words have great power and to use them with care. If you don't have something to say with love, then you shouldn't say anything. Each person is special and everyone has something unique to add to this world. We are all here to learn and grow.”
