What's going on with Haley Bieber's Halloween costume: ...... I've been wondering about this for weeks. I knew it would be hard to top her previous costumes. Remember last year, Haley and her pop star husband Justin Bieber went to Vas Morgan's annual Halloween party dressed as Fred and Wilma Flintstone. This year, she decided to go the cartoon character route again, stylishly recreating Kim Possible, the crime-fighting teenage character from Disney's iconic animated series. The outfit itself was relatively simple, a black mock-neck crop top with three-quarter sleeves and green parachute pants topped with a utility belt. I am, however, particularly fixated on her long mane of fiery red-orange hair. It is probably a wig, as Bieber recently added honey blonde highlights to her chestnut brunette lobbed hair. Still, I hope the change is real. Copper hair was all the rage last year, and until very recently, Dua Lipa was still maintaining the look. Until last month, when she went back to her pitch black hair color.

As for hair and makeup, Bieber generally doesn't stray far from soft, neutral shades and instead experiments with manicures every other week. That's probably why it's especially thrilling to see her step away from her signature aesthetic on Halloween. Strawberry blonde, much less this vibrant shade of blood orange and the chunky money-piece highlights that frame her face, would never have been tried before.

But if you can take your eyes off her stunning wig, you might find the perfectionist beauty mogul has added a clever touch to her makeup this evening. Before taking the selfie, Bieber painted her top lip with a dark shade of orange-brown to reflect Kim Possible's signature shading. Given that fans are already speculating that her new Lorde Rose will be a hybrid lip liner product, I think it's safe to assume that this selfie serves as a sneak peak. Otherwise, my next best guess is that she applied Toasted Teddy Pocket Blush to both her lips and cheeks. I've heard that Pocket Blush also secretly makes an amazingly tinted lip balm, so it's not hard to imagine Bieber using it that way.

Needless to say, I'll be watching to see if Haley Bieber's fiery copper hair lasts past the vacations. Hopefully her first night as a redhead will not be her last.
