Bella Hadid blends country-chic accessories with city-girl style
Model Bella Hadid proves once again that you can take the girl out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the girl.
The fashion powerhouse was spotted leaving a meeting in Midtown Manhattan in New York City on Saturday, November 2.
Hadid wore a low-cut, all-black long-sleeved shirt paired with high-rise khaki pants. The fit itself was not groundbreaking, but it was Hadid's accessories that made her stand out.
The model wore what appeared to be black cowgirl boots and carried a fringed Valentino Nerkeit shoulder bag.
Hadid has been showing off authentic urban cowgirl and cute equestrian core outfits since going public with her relationship with professional horse rider Adan Banuelos.
Banuelos and Hadid were first seen together in public in October 2023 when TMZ cameras caught them kissing, hugging, and holding hands at a stockyard in Fort Worth, Texas.
In early January 2024, Hadid began sharing equestrian photos with herself. In an Instagram photo of herself wearing a cowboy hat and hugging a horse, Hadid said, “Never stop trying new things. I'm lucky to have the opportunity to keep learning in life. ❤️ Thank you, Tito! I will never stop loving you like this!”
Since then, with the help of her indispensable stylist, Molly Dixon, the model has donned denim-on-denim outfits, ten-gallon hats, huge belt buckles, fringed leather chaps, and spurred cowboy boots.
Of course, just because Hadid is a real cowgirl does not mean she has abandoned runway glamour. Just recently, Victoria's Secret's long-running fashion show was back on after a hiatus following controversy over the brand's lack of inclusivity.
Hadid, in arguably one of the most extravagant entrances of the evening, wore a set of crimson wings so large that they had a built-in train.
