Laila Moss showed off her celebrity-approved fall denim trend on Sunday (October 20) in New York City. Laila, daughter of supermodel Kate Moss, made her Victoria's Secret Fashion Show runway debut last week and then headed out to This Bowl for lunch with friends. Underneath her jeans, black suede boots with pointed toes peeked out.

Moss paired the slouchy jeans with a black crew-neck T-shirt worn without a bra, as her mother famously did when she was younger. She also used safety pins to style the T-shirt as a crop top, showing off her derriere. The aspiring supermodel accessorized her laid-back look with a wide black leather belt, black sunglasses, a gold writing nameplate necklace, and gold huggie hoop earrings with small drop charms.

Her long blonde hair was left loose and she seemed to be completely makeup free as she strolled through NoHo. Her nails were short and free of any noticeable polish, in keeping with the model-favorite naked manicure trend favored by Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, and Claudia Schiffer.

Of course, this is a far cry from the glamorous looks she displayed during and after last week's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Strikingly, Laila Moss was one step ahead of her mother on the catwalk in a blush pink bra and panty set with delicate body chains and a furry mauve bolero. At the show's star-studded after-party, she changed into an outfit that epitomized her mother's Glastonbury. Dressed in a black tuxedo jacket and a champagne-colored mini-dress cinched with a Chanel chain belt, she looked just like Kate Moss, who strutted down Worthy Farm in 2005.

Perhaps another perk of having Kate Moss as a mother. The instinctive sense of off-the-cuff model style basically runs through your veins.
