Zendaya supports the trend of parachute pants with Tom Holland and a subtle nod to his new beer brand
Zendaya may have missed Bero's launch party earlier this week, but she still found a way to support her man with a casual sartorial nod: on Thursday, October 24, the Euphoria star was wearing Tom Holland's new non-alcoholic beer brand in hunter green and an off-white baseball cap at New York's Greenwich Hotel. (Holland has been sober for two years, after temporarily abstaining for “Dry January,” which was discussed in detail on Jay Shetty's podcast last year.) It's no secret how attached Holland is to his longtime girlfriend, whom he has been dating since at least 2021. Still, it is touching to see that the feelings are mutual.
After a long day of errands, Zendaya returned to her hotel in a sporty ensemble of a white tank top, baggy white parachute pants, and white sneakers. The sneakers in question were most likely the on-running white sneakers she was spotted wearing earlier this month with a rare vintage T-shirt and brown pants. She was also photographed in September wearing the tennis icon Roger Federer-inspired shoes with black Free People parachute pants and a cherry red Members Only windbreaker. In June, Miss Z became an ambassador for the Swiss shoe brand after playing tennis prodigy Tashi Duncan in Luca Guadagnino's sultry sports thriller film “Challengers.”
While she wears Cher-inspired naked dresses and custom-made Louis Vuitton on the red carpet, Z takes a more intimate approach to styling. Her nails are done in a naked manicure and she wears very little makeup. She did, however, accessorize her casual outfit with a small hug hoop and a gold pendant necklace.
I have yet to track down the exact pair of track pants she is wearing. Nevertheless, both Superdown and Cider offer very similar and very reasonably priced alternatives.
While I have yet to venture into the parachute pants trend, Zendaya brings a stylish ease to the table. Congratulations, Z.
