Olivia Rodrigo, same show, cuts through an extension and falls through a trap door.

Because Olivia Rodrigo put on quite the tumultuous show this past Monday at the GUTS World Tour in Melbourne, Australia.

For one thing, the pop star took a scary-looking tumble into a trap door onstage, as seen in the video shared on X.

For another, the singer said, “I'm so sorry! It's okay.” She added: “I'm fine. Sometimes there are holes in the stage... It's okay!”

Rodrigo was clearly pleased to poke fun at herself, posting fan footage of her fall on TikTok,

with the caption, “#subtleforeshadowing,”

and “I'm not going to let you down.

One wrote, “she tripped and fell and told secrets she shouldn't tell i fear-” (from “ballad of a homeschooled girl”).

Another said, “the stage was treacherous” (as you might guess).

Another fan commented, “Always one step forward, three steps back” (a play on “one step forward, three steps back”).

But! Two mishaps promised, so here we go. Not only did Liv “trip and fall” during Monday's concert, but while spinning around on stage, she tore off one of her hair extensions - or at least what fans hope is a hair extension.

Hmm! What a night

When you move around on stage as much as Rodrigo does, blunders are bound to happen, as when her top nearly fell off during a performance in May. Again, the singer handled the situation as if it were her own job.

Further proof that the Disney Channel alumna isn't afraid of a bit of publicity, she literally faked a breakdown at the 2023 VMAs. The performance was so realistic that Rodrigo traumatized poor Selena Gomez.

Anyway, you can't say the “good 4 u” singer doesn't have a sense of humor!
