Taylor Swift Makes Two Big Announcements Ahead of “Eras” Tour Finale
December may be the end of an era (literally), but Taylor Swift has good news for fans as she prepares for the final show of her historic Eras Tour: on Tuesday, October 15, the pop star made not one, but two announcements on Instagram.
“This week we are starting the final leg of The Eras Tour. This tour has been the most amazing experience and I wanted to commemorate the memories we've made together in a special way.” Well, actually there are two ways to do that."
Last year, the Eras Tour movie was an unexpected surprise, but this year, singer ‘Lover’ is releasing her own ‘personal reflections, never-before-seen behind-the-scenes photos,’ and ”the magical memories you guys brought me every night.” The book will be released. According to Target, the book will be available on Black Friday, November 29, so be sure to flex your shopping muscles.
But that's not all. Swift initially released The Tortured Poets Department in April, but it turned out to be a surprise album in two parts, and many fans expressed disappointment that only the first half of the album was available on CD or vinyl.
On Tuesday, the singer of “Shake It Off,” The Tortured Poets Department: CDs and vinyl of this two-part album will be available exclusively at Target on November 29.
Swift has taken a break from performing after a busy summer tour of Europe and has gone on several dates (and some seriously head-turning outfits) with boyfriend Travis Kells in recent weeks. She also cheered on Kansas City Chiefs players at their games and showed up with Kelce at the MLB playoffs at Yankee Stadium on October 14.
But her relaxing vacation ends this week as the Eras tour starts its North American leg in Miami on October 18. So let the games begin.
