The pair made their debut at the star-studded runway show that evening, earning their angel wings as 22-year-old Laila Moss was first on the catwalk in a mauve bra and string bikini bottom set, adorned with delicate body chains and a furry bolero. Kate Moss, 50, was next, wearing black lingerie over a black lace naked dress and goth feathers.

It was a timeless mother-daughter moment, but I fear we all missed an even bigger headline here: at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show after-party in Manhattan's Meatpacking District, Lila Is it just me, or did Moss intentionally reference her mother's most iconic Glastonbury look?

The evidence is compelling, to say the least. When Lila showed up to the party in a black tuxedo jacket, champagne-colored cowl-neck mini-dress, and a Chanel chain belt low on her hips, all I could see was Kate stomping through the mud at Worthy Farm in her 2005 Glastonbury outfit.

Kate Moss remains a street style legend to this day, having created many memorable looks throughout her illustrious career. Yet, the gold Lurex mini dress, black leather belt, black leather jacket, and black Hunter wellies she wore to Glastonbury in 2005 practically invented festival fashion. Often imitated but never duplicated, this indie-sleaze archetype look adorned every woman's mood board without rent.

Laila's look is certainly not muddled, but it is no less fabulous. Delicate multi-strand chains embellished with pearls and Chanel logo charms add shape and sparkle to a simple party look. Other than that, she wears little else in the way of accessories except a delicate gold necklace, a slender gold ring, and a naked manicure.

She looks like her mother and like her daughter! We love it when Kaia Gerber recreates Cindy Crawford's best looks, so we hope this won't be the last time Laila Moss draws inspiration from her mother's It Girl style archives. With any luck, she might borrow Kate Moss' 1993 Naked Dress next.
